Seton Ready to Move with New Website

 

Having previously redeveloped Seton's corporate identity and designed promotional literature for the company, Aawen were tasked with redeveloping the existing Seton website.

 

This redevelopment included the transformation of the front end design and the introduction of a content management system; enabling the client to update text and images and enter the blogosphere.

 

The redesign started with the site schematic, analysing what content was necessary, prioritising content, and reducing the main navigation. There was an emphasis on the key services/messages having a strong presence on most pages, as well as content such as images and testimonials.

 

We put in the content, images and revised the SEO in time for going live, but importantly the client now has control of the website with the content management system(CMS).

The beauty of the cms means the client can;

1) have fresh content (which Search engines like),

2) be reactive to client needs

3) have something to share/discuss via social media

4) adjust the sites on page optimisation such as page titles, urls and content.

 

As you would expect we provide training in using the system, but as part of this we give advice on updating content in a way that is search engine friendly.

 

Seton now have a site that not only looks great and functions today, but one that can be adapted and modified into the future as the business and marketing strategies change.
