Like many fledgling businesses, KernowPods needed to quickly establish a brand identity that described their business in a visually appealing and distinctive manner. Matthew, the owner of KernowPods, was keen for the identity to emphasise the audio nature of his business and its link to Cornwall. KernowPods offer audio "podcast" solutions to businesses and organisations to enable them to augment their normal marketing and public relations activity when promoting their products or services.

As the design brief was fairly clear, our usual first round of brainstorming ideas between us using different icons, fonts and layouts went very smoothly. These quickly developed to tighter design arrangements once Matthew had discussed his preferences with us and soon we were able to deliver a small selection for him to trial through some market testing. The end result derived from public opinion and Matthew's exacting requirements, combines a Cornish based colour theme with a modern font and icon arrangement.

Following the rebrand process, the press advertising, and signage, we are pleased to announce the next stage in the transformation from OneStopKitchens to Parks Interiors.

The new Parks website was designed, built, optimised and integrated with social media all under one roof here at Aawen Design. Parks Interiors now has a fully cohesive brand image to reinforce its quality product, and fantastic customer service.

It really has been a busy schedule for Parks Interiors as they have also expanded from their outlet in Camborne to include a new showroom at Chiverton Cross - opening to the public Saturday 10th July. We have helped to promote this with a 'revealing the new look' campaign in the local press.

Jon Statham Director at Aawen design said "When we where first approached by Gary of One Stop Kitchens, to look into a new brand for his company, we at once saw that the present name under sold a company which sold quality bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, bedroom and home offices. It was therefore our first priority to guide him through a simple but effective process which would create a more suitable title. Once this was achieved Aawen set about creating a visually appealing logo which together with the name, gave the correct impression of quality, style, crispness, contemporary feel, and reliability that the company deserved. What we have achieved I feel has lifted the companies perceived impression to a whole new set of customers who previously may not have approached them."

With a new found sense of purpose, Parks Interiors are expanding by opening a brand new showroom at Chiverton Cross, Truro. Here they look to spread their net to a wider audience with the same quality service, design and installation they have come to be known for.
