Parks Interiors

The first priority was to change the name - "One Stop" conjours up the wrong connotations (with regard to quality), and by including "kitchen" in the name it excludes the other aspects of the business. We started the process of creating a range of name ideas and suggestions and then through a brainstorm meeting with the client and their staff, we finally came up with "Parks Interiors" (combining the family name of the owners Gary and John and a broader description of the business). The name Parks Interiors now has an authority, a simplicity and a contemporaty tone of voice, that at once begins to represent the true aspects of a service that offers the quality and affordability of a larger national chain, but delivered by a two-generation family led team of experts and local craftsmen.
Armed with all the ideas we generated through the discussion and naming phase, we were quickly able to generate lots of logo sketches to begin the branding process. This proceedure quickly moved through the development phases which led to a design that we beilieve encompasses all the brand messages in a single visual representation.
During these projects, the client began work on their second showroom at Chiverton Cross near Truro, so the presure was on to get the brand and all its support materials ready in time for the launch in July 2010. Our primary objective was to creat a new website, but we also had to ensure that new advertising, signage, point of sale materials were also managed through this intense period.
Our primary objective for the website was to deliver a simple, clear and informative site that supported the aspirations of new customers and which presented the breadthe of skills, products and services that Parks Interior offer in an appealing and concise manner. Aware of the need for regular updates that the site would require, but without a budget to enable a fully functional Content Management System, we quickly deveoped a methodology for the client to update the site via an integrated Social Media (Facebook and Twitter) link. Considering the timeframe and budget available for this site, we are extremely pleased with its outcome and how the site not only looks and works, but how it makes you feel. More importantly however, the client has already started to recieve a real return on investment, as enquiries and sales are already beginning as a direct result of the new brand, website and relaunch publicity.

An established family business, One Stop Kitchens based in Camborne town centre, recognised that their name, brand and support literature no longer represented the achievements, quality and aspirations of the company. Selling quality bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens, along with a design and build service that has set the company apart from their competition, the owners of One Stop wanted to reach a wider audience. Burdened with a range of inaccurate perceptions about the company and its service from the general public (but not their loyal and highly satisfied client base), One Stop approached us to see what we could do to help.
